Farmi is an online Japanese grocery service offering fast delivery from about one hour within Ho Chi Minh City. That means you can order laundry detergent, dish soap, or cleaning supplies and receive them the same day, without a trip to a physical store. Exact timing can vary by your location, order volume, and time of day. To confirm the estimated delivery window for your address, place your items in the cart and check the delivery details shown in the app before you check out.

Farmi's positioning is built around authentic Japanese products with clear sourcing, reflecting our Peace of Mind commitment. Home care and laundry items are selected to match what Japanese customers know and trust from home, so you can shop with confidence. Because our catalog updates over time, the specific brands and product origins available can change. For the most accurate details on a particular item, check its product page in the app, where information such as the brand and description is provided for each listing.

Yes. Farmi is designed first for the Japanese community living and working in Vietnam, so the app and customer support are available in Japanese, with English and Vietnamese also supported. You can browse Home Care & Laundry items, place your order, and ask questions in Japanese, making it easy to shop even if you are still settling into life in Ho Chi Minh City. This Japanese-first care is part of our Home is Here approach to helping you feel comfortable and understood.

Farmi orders are placed through the Farmi app rather than on the website. Download the app, browse to the Home Care & Laundry category, add the detergents, cleaners, or laundry items you need to your cart, and complete checkout with your Ho Chi Minh City delivery address. The app shows current pricing, product details, and your estimated delivery window. If you need help choosing an item or completing your order, you can reach Farmi's multilingual customer support, including Japanese-language assistance.
