Directions
Washing rice with a full of water rapidly by hand, and water should be thrown away right after washing. Rinse rice with water 3 - 4 times until water is clear
The amount of water poured into rice cooker is 1.4 time of rice weight. It would be adjusted, depending on your preference
Soaking rice in the water for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking. It takes longer time if the temperature of water is lower
The rice is cooked as per a rice cooker
After cooking, keep the rice cooker for 15 minutes without opening the cover for steaming
After steaming, open the cover and mix the rice quickly for exposing excess moisture
Storage
Keep in dry, cool place and avoid live insects, foreign odour
