How can I make a Refund on an order?
In most cases we will exchange a product with a new one
If not possible please see additional terms below:

If an order is made completely by Farmi Coin
You will be refunded in Farmi Coin
Case 2:

If an order is made with both
Farmi Coin and another payment
We will refund accordingly
Please be aware that once we issue a change on the original charge, expect to wait
about 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on the
old payment method, and the new charge to appear on the new payment method. If you do
not see the refund within that window of time, you’ll want to contact your financial
institute.
For refunds applied to your order after it’s been delivered it will show up in
your order receipt.
4. How do I redeem Farmi Coin?
If you'd like to use Farmi Coin please switch it on in Step
3 of the payment process.
If you've switched on the Farmi Coin towards your balance it will automatically use
the maximum amount to pay towards your order.
5. Do Farmi Coin Expire?
Yes, on the last day of the following month.
For example:
Coins earned from June 1 - June 30th
will expire on July 31st
will expire on July 31st
Coins earned from July 1 - July 30th
will expire on Aug 31st
will expire on Aug 31st
6. Can I view my Farmi Coin History?
Yes you can view all coin received, expiration dates, use history, and any refunds.
