Within our HCMC delivery zone, orders usually arrive within 1 hour of placing them. Timing may vary slightly during peak hours or bad weather.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat fee of 30,000đ, free for orders of 500,000đ or more.
What if I live outside the delivery zone?
Farmi currently covers select areas of central HCMC and is expanding gradually. Check your address in the app.
Do frozen/fresh items stay cold the whole way?
Yes — we use dedicated insulated bags and gel packs to keep the temperature stable from warehouse to door.
