The imported Chilean red wine Ramirana Apalta La Robleria Vineyard features spices such as black pepper and paprika from Carménère and wild black and blue berries from Petit verdot. Finally, there are sweet vanilla, cinnamon and clove notes from aging in French oak barrels. Highly concentrated and full in the mouth, with structured tannins that provide volume and tension to the medium palate. Fresh finish, long durability and great palatability. Grape Varieties: 63% Cabernet Sauvignon - 20% Carménère - 17% Petit Verdot. Alcohol Content: 14 - 15% Food pairings: slow-cooked and grilled meats, lamb and mature cheeses.
