WASH THE RICE:

Add more water to the rice and stir quickly to remove dirt, then pour the water away.
Then proceed to wash the rice. Wash the rice with two hands and wash it with the palm of your hand. This way the water can come into contact with the rice surface and help absorb the water quickly. Repeat this 2-3 times.
Finally, add a lot of water and wash the rice.

WATER VOLUME:

Normally, the amount of water will be 1.9 times the weight of rice.
In addition, the amount of water can be changed according to each person's preferences.

SOAK THE RICE:
Compared to white rice, brown rice absorbs water longer, so the soaking time will be longer. According to the instructions, the soaking time is at least 2 hours.
COOK:
Cook according to the brown rice cooking mode. (according to the usage of the rice cooker)
STEAM:
After the rice boils, do not open the lid immediately, wait about 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
STIR THE RICE:
After steaming, stir the rice thoroughly but do not crush the rice grains.
STORAGE:

Rice after cooking is the most delicious, so it should be used immediately after cooking.
If it is stored in a rice cooker for a long time, it is likely to produce a yellow color.
